Custom Piece Process: STEP 1: DEPOSIT & DESIGN PROCESS Upon receiving the first deposit, a jeweler will reach out to confirm the design for the piece requested and its total value. Grandeur custom design team will create a design and 3D Cad for your custom order request. The 3D Cad will show a rough vision of the front, back and sides of the custom piece. If the customer has any changes to make, they can discuss the details with the jeweler. Once customer approves the design we can proceed to step 2.
STEP 2: 2ND PAYMENT & PRODUCTION After deducting deposit amount from the first half of the total amount will declare the 2nd payment. After receiving the second payment our production team will start on your order. It will take around 3-4 weeks after your approval of the design and 2nd payment received date. Throughout the process we will keep you updated with the progress of your order.
STEP 3: FINAL PAYMENT & ORDER COMPLETION Once the piece is ready we’ll be sending the custom piece photos & videos. After receiving the final payment. We’ll ship the order. All Grandeur custom orders are shipped with tracking and shipping insurance, to ensure the safe and secure arrival of your product.
